Iberia says signs merger deal with British Airways

MADRID, June 29 (Reuters) - Spanish airline Iberia IBLA.MC said on Tuesday it has signed its long-awaited merger agreement with British Airways BAY.L.
The merger deal is still pending shareholder approval from the two companies, expected in November.
