New Issue-Insight Communications sells $400 mln in notes

  June 30 (Reuters) - Insight Communications Co on Wednesday
sold $400 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse
and Morgan Stanley were the joint bookrunning managers for the
sale.
