* Says unfavourable conditions hurt sales

* Alberta and Manitoba also hit by unfavourable weather

June 30 (Reuters) - Agriculture and construction equipment broker Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc (RME.TO) said the company's second-quarter sales in the agriculture sector were lower than its expectation due to unfavourable weather conditions.

The company said while Saskatchewan was hardest hit, some effect of heavy moisture levels and flooding was also seen in Alberta and Manitoba, where the majority of Rocky Mountain's business is located.

The company said currently Alberta is 95 percent seeded while Saskatchewan is at 76 percent and Manitoba is at 85 percent, citing a provincial crop report.

Shares of Rocky Mountain closed at C$8.14 Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange. (Reporting by Aftab Ahmed in Bangalore; Editing by Don Sebastian) (aftab.ahmed@thomsonreuters.com; within U.S. +1 646 223 8780; outside U.S. +91 80 4135 5800; Reuters Messaging: aftab.ahmed.reuters.com@reuters.net))
