UPDATE 1-Oxford Resource says IPO to be priced at $18-$20/unit

* Expected to trade on NYSE under symbol "OXF" July 2 (Reuters) - Coal miner Oxford Resource Partners said its initial public offering of 8.8 million common units will be priced between $18 to $20 per unit.

The company produces high value steam coal and is the largest producer of surface mined coal in Ohio, according to a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays Capital and Citigroup Global Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
