Corrected-New Issue-Fidelity Investments sells $400 mln debt

June 30 (Reuters) - Fidelity Investments on Wednesday sold $400 million of senior unsecured notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Citigroup and JP Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
