Baidu ADRs down after Google comments on China

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S.-listed shares of Baidu Inc (BIDU.O) fell 4.2 percent to $69.37 in premarket trading on Friday after Google Inc (GOOG.O) said that the Chinese authorities had renewed its license to operate a website, averting a potential shutdown of its flagship search page in the world's biggest Internet market.
Google shares were up 3.2 percent to $471.04 before the bell.
