KINGSTON, July 13 (Reuters) - Jamaica's government will sell its three remaining state-owned sugar factories to a China-based company, Agriculture Minister Christopher Tufton said on Tuesday.

He told parliament that the cabinet had approved the sale of the Frome, Moneymusk and Bernard Lodge factories and their lands to Chinese company Complant, based on the overall offer of $9 million.
