Consumer agency should be running in a yr-US official

WASHINGTON, July 20 (Reuters) - A new Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection created by new financial reform legislation will be up and running within a year, but will try to launch sooner if possible, Deputy Treasury Secretary Neil Wolin said at a news briefing on Tuesday.
