Australia's Paladin is in talks to take over NGM

SYDNEY, July 20 (Reuters) - Australia-based Paladin Energy Ltd (PDN.AX) (PDN.TO) said it was in talks to take over NGM Resources NGM.AX and was undertaking due diligence.
NGM, which is currently on a trading halt, has a market capitalisation of A$16.8 million. (Reporting by Balazs Koranyi)
