TSMC, ARM sign long-term strategic agreement

TAIPEI, July 20 (Reuters) - Top contract chipmaker TSMC (2330.TW) and British chip designer ARM (ARM.L) said on Tuesday they had signed a strategic agreement, combining the two companies' chip expertise to boost their competitiveness.

No financial terms were given.
