Dawson International PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 21 July 2010, it received notification that, following the acquisition of 505,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date, S. di Canossa is now interested in 9,137,353 Ordinary Shares representing 4.06% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
