TOKYO, July 26 (Reuters) - Japanese brewer Kirin Holdings (2503.T) has no plans to boost its stake in Singapore's Fraser and Neave (FRNM.SI) above 14.7 percent, a senior Kirin executive said on Monday.

Hirotake Kobayashi made the comments at a news conference in Tokyo.

Kirin said earlier on Monday it had agreed to buy a 14.7 percent stake in beer and property conglomerate Fraser & Neave from Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL] for about $950 million to accelerate its expansion in Asia. (Reporting by Taiga Uranaka; Editing by David Holmes)
