Dollar rises versus euro on consumer confidence data

NEW YORK, July 27 (Reuters) - The dollar rose versus the euro on Tuesday in the aftermath of a report showing U.S. consumer confidence fell in July to the lowest level since February. For more details, see [ID:N27219358]
