ENI in partnership offer to Turk fuel retailer-sources

ISTANBUL July 28 (Reuters) - Italian energy company ENI (ENI.MI) has made an offer for a partnership with Turkish Altinbas Holding's fuel retailing unit Alpet, sources close to the deal said.

According to its website, Alpet has approximately 450 fuel stations in Turkey and nearly 80 in Albania.
