Air China's Shenzhen Air buys 10 Airbus 320 aircraft

BEIJING, July 30 (Reuters) - Shenzhen Airlines, part of Air China (601111.SS), bought 10 Airbus 320 aircraft on Friday, Air China said in a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange.

It did not disclose the actual price, but said the aircraft basic price was about $814 million, subject to price escalation by applying a formula.

Airbus is the aircraft making subsidiary of EADS (EAD.PA). (Reporting by Tom Miles; Editing by Jason Subler)
