Drill ban could be lifted if Obama conditions met-US

WASHINGTON Aug 4 (Reuters) - President Barack Obama would be willing to lift a moratorium on new deepwater oil drilling before November if the conditions he has set are met before then, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Wednesday. (Reporting by Matt Spetalnick)
