Seoul shares open up after losses;techs gain

SEOUL Aug 13 (Reuters) - Seoul shares opened up on Friday after losses that pushed the benchmark index to a one-month low in the previous session, with rises led by technology stocks such as Hynix Semiconductor (000660.KS).

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) was up 0.69 percent at 1,733.66 points as of 0005 GMT.
