BRUKER CORP (BRKR.O), $13.66, up 5 pct
Veeco Instruments agreed to sell its metrology business to scientific instrument maker Bruker for $229 million in cash. [ID:nSGE67F0IX]
PROSPECT MEDICAL HOLDINGS PZZ.O, $8.40, up 37 pct
The company said it agreed to be acquired by an entity sponsored by Leonard Green & Partners for a total deal value of about $363 million.
SYNUTRA INTERNATIONAL (SYUT.O), $14.76, up 20 pct

STRAYER EDUCATION INC (STRA.O), $174.80, down 13 pct

ICx Technologies Inc ICXT.O, $7.56, up 12 pct
