Newmont Indonesia unit says shareholders approve IPO

JAKARTA Aug 19 (Reuters) - Shareholders of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, the Indonesian unit of Newmont Mining Corp (NEM.N), approved on Thursday the company's plans to do an initial public offering for a 10 percent stake on the Jakarta stock exchange.
