Indonesia Bank Agroniaga says BRI takes majority stake

JAKARTA Aug 20 (Reuters) - Indonesia's second largest lender PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI.JK) has signed an agreement with PT Bank Agroniaga's (AGRO.JK) majority shareholders to buy at least 76 percent of the small plantation bank, Bank Agro said in a statement to the stock exchange on Friday.
