WASHINGTON Aug 23 (Reuters) - A 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Mexico on Monday, 176 miles (283 km) west-southwest of Cihuatlan at a depth of 20.5 miles (33 km), the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
