Cosan says signs binding deal with Shell on fuels

SAO PAULO Aug 25 (Reuters) - Brazil's Cosan (CSAN3.SA), the world's largest sugar and ethanol producer, said on Wednesday it signed a binding agreement with oil giant Royal Dutch Shell Plc (RDSa.L) over a proposed $21 billion venture to merge their fuels business in the country, announced in February.
