Daihatsu to recall 581,192 minivehicles in Japan

TOKYO, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Daihatsu Motor Co (7262.T) said on Thursday it would recall 581,192 Move and Mira minivehicles sold only in Japan to fix faulty rear indicator lights that could lose their orange tint with prolonged exposure to sunlight.

The recall covers certain Move and Mira cars manufactured between 1995 and 2000, Daihatsu, a unit of Toyota Motor Corp (7203.T), said in a statement. (Reporting by Chang-Ran Kim; Editing by Chris Gallagher)
