Banks cut back overnight borrowing from ECB
FRANKFURT, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Commercial banks borrowing from the European Central Bank's emergency overnight window fell sharply on Thursday after three days of borrowing above 1.4 billion euros.

In June the ECB said it had completed its year-long covered bond buying programme. [ID:nLDE65T1JZ] The total amount purchased occasionally fluctuates due to valuation issues.
