Egypt's Pachin 2009/10 net profit jumps 70 pct

CAIRO, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Egyptian paintmaker Pachin (PACH.CA)(PCLDq.L) said on Thursday its full-year net profit rose 70 percent to 154.7 million Egyptian pounds ($27 million).

Net sales at Egypt's largest listed paint maker increased 9.5 percent to 703.8 million pounds.

Pachin's chairman said in November Egypt's paint market was growing at 2 percent above the economic growth rate, as housing demand remains buoyant. [ID:nLJ459982]
