HOUSTON, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Alon USA Inc (ALJ.N) said a boiler breakdown at its 70,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Big Spring, Texas, refinery caused emissions from multiple units, including the gasoline-making fluid catalytic cracking unit and a sulfur recovery unit, according to a filing with Texas pollution regulators.

The filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality said operational adjustments were made to minimize emissions. (Reporting by Kristen Hays)
