CIBC prices $1.5 bln 3-year senior bank notes -IFR

NEW YORK, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM.TO) on Tuesday priced $1.5 billion of three-year senior bank notes, according to IFR, a Thomson Reuters Service.
The notes were priced at 99.886 cents on the dollar, yielding 75 basis points over U.S. Treasuries. (Reporting by Dena Aubin; Editing by Leslie Adler)
