US money market fund assets rise $926 mln-iMoneynet

NEW YORK, Sept 8 (Reuters) - U.S. money market fund assets rose by $926 million to $2.806 trillion in the week ended Sept 7, the Money Fund Report said on Wednesday.

Taxable money market fund assets rose by $681 million to $2.467 trillion, while tax-free assets rose by $245 million to $338 billion, according to the report, published by iMoneyNet.

Taxable money market fund yields remained at 0.04 percent for a 12th straight week, while tax-free yields fell to 0.03 percent from 0.04 percent. (Reporting by Dena Aubin)
