NICOSIA, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Lebanon's BLC Bank (BLC.BY) has signed an agreement with shareholders in Cyprus's USB Bank Plc USB.CY to acquire between 43.16 and 62.94 percent in the bank, the Cypriot lender said on Thursday.

USB on Wednesday said BLC had acquired 9.90 percent in the bank. It said the agreement to acquire more shares was at a sale price of 80 euro cents per share.

The agreement was subject to approval by regulatory authorities, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and the submission of a public offer by BLC Bank, USB said in a stock exchange filing.
