MOSCOW, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Kazakh BTA bank BTAS.KZ is planning to list 16 percent of its issued share capital as global depository receipts (GDRs) in Luxembourg in 2011, Chief Executive Anvar Saidenov said on Thursday.

"Within six months of (debt) restructuring we had promised to hold a listing of GDRs on the Luxembourg exchange," he said, adding that the shares in question are currently held by investors who acquired them in the restructuring process.
