BANGALORE, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Thursday:
* Hong Kong-based private equity firm First Eastern Investment Group will take a stake in All Nippon Airways' (9202.T) planned low cost carrier (LCC), the Nikkei business daily said. [ID:nTOE68800F]

* Personal products maker Emami (EMAM.BO) is in negotiations to buy a controlling stake in unlisted firm, Paras Pharmaceuticals, for about 40 billion rupees ($860.6 million) , Mint newspaper reported. [ID:nSGE68803R]
