PARIS, Sept 9 (Reuters) - French Prime Minister Francois Fillon on Thursday ruled out offering further concessions to unions on a proposed pension reform, saying that would wreck efforts to balance the loss-making retirement system.

"I think that today conceding something else would mean not being able to assure the funding of pensions," he told France 2 television. (Reporting by Daniel Flynn and Yves Clarisse; Editing by Jean-Baptiste Vey)
