FRANKFURT, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index .GDAXI looked set to open 0.3 percent lower on Thursday, according to premarket data from brokers Lang & Schwarz at 0604 GMT.

The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks (share price indications at 0600 GMT):

COMMERZBANK (CBKG.DE)

Indicated 0.3 percent lower

CEO Martin Blessing scheduled to speak at the annual Banks in Transition conference in Frankfurt.

E.ON is on track to reach its target of a generation capacity from renewable energy sources of 10,000 megawatts by 2015, German paper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported, citing the head of E.ON's renewable energy unit, Frank Mastiaux.

DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE)

Indicated 0.6 percent lower
