BP reports flaring at L.A. refinery--filing
HOUSTON, Sept 9 |
HOUSTON, Sept 9 (Reuters) - BP Plc (BP.L) (BP.N) reported flaring triggered by a breakdown on Wednesday at its 265,000 barrel per day Los Angeles-area refinery in Carson, California, according to a notice filed with California pollution regulators.
