New Issue - Southern Co sells $400 mln in notes

 Sept 13 (Reuters) - Southern Co (SO.N) on Monday sold $400
million of senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
