Brazil's Rousseff still headed for first-round win

BRASILIA, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Brazil's ruling party presidential candidate Dilma Rousseff has 51 percent voter support against 24 percent for opposition candidate Jose Serra, according to a Vox Populi opinion poll released on Friday on iG Website and TV Bandeirantes.
