B/E Aerospace to buy Satair's fastener business for $162 mln

* B/E Aerospace expects to close the deal in Q4

* Sees transaction to be neutral on 2011 earnings

Oct 25 (Reuters) - B/E Aerospace Inc (BEAV.O), the world's biggest supplier of aircraft interior products, agreed to acquire Satair's aerospace fastener distribution business for $162 million in cash to expand its business in Europe and Asia.

B/E Aerospace expects the deal to be neutral to its 2011 earnings and add to earnings thereafter. It expects to close the deal in the fourth quarter.

Copenhagen, Denmark-based Satair supplies aircraft parts and service solutions for both aircraft maintenance and production.

The purchase price of $162 million represents a multiple of about 1.5 times expected 2010 revenues and about 10 times estimated 2010 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, B/E Aerospace said.
