IBM in talks to buy Fortinet: report
NEW YORK |
NEW YORK (Reuters) - International Business Machines Corp (IBM.N) is in advanced talks to buy network security provider Fortinet Inc (FTNT.O), Bloomberg reported on Friday.
Morgan Stanley (MS.N) is advising Fortinet, the news agency said, citing unnamed sources.
Fortinet, IBM and Morgan Stanley were not immediately available for comment after hours on Friday.
