Argentina says Paris Club okays talks without IMF

BUENOS AIRES Nov 15 (Reuters) - The Paris Club has agreed to negotiate with Argentina over repaying the South American country's debt to the group of nations without monitoring by the International Monetary Fund, President Cristina Fernandez said on Monday.
