Interior Department considering fracking disclosure rule

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Interior Department is considering issuing a regulation regarding disclosure of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said on Tuesday.

Interior is holding a forum on Tuesday on the future of hydraulic fracturing, a drilling technique integral to shale gas development, on public lands.
