India to consider ONGC stock split, bonus on Wed-source

NEW DELHI Dec 1 (Reuters) - India's cabinet will on Wednesday consider proposals for stock split and bonus share issue in state-run explorer Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC.BO), a source with direct knowledge told Reuters.
"Both the issues are part of the proposal that will be considered by cabinet today," the source said. (Reporting by Nidhi Verma)
