BRATISLAVA Dec 6 (Reuters) - Bratislava's court overturned a 29.4 million euro ($39.45 million) fine on Slovak Telekom, unit of Deutsche Telekom (DTEGn.DE), the Anti-Monopoly Office said on Monday.

The market watchdog imposed the record fine on Slovakia's major telecommunication company for the first time in 2005 and again in May 2009, for abusing its dominant market position.

The Office said it will appeal to the Highest Court. ($1=.7452 Euro) (Reporting by Martin Santa; Editing by Hans Peters)
