The unit of asset manager AllianceBernstein Holding LP (AB.N) said it appointed Toby Bayliss and Jason Doyle as co-heads of Bernstein's European equity trading in London.

Southwest Bancorp said its board elected Laura Robertson as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Robertson previously served as senior vice president/finance division manager of Southwest and its principal unit, Stillwater National Bank and Trust Co. [ID:nASA01A11]
The global strategic analysis and advisory firm said Geoffrey Boisi and Tracy Wolstencroft have joined its board.

The emerging markets fund manager said it appointed Xavier Corin-Mick as a partner in the firm.

The British agency named Lucy Wylde its general counsel.

The investment banking boutique said it elected Graham Davidson, Andrew Dym, Mark McGreenery, Joshua Scherer, Richard Shinder and Klaus Wulfing as partners as of Jan.1.
The financial services company appointed Christopher Casey as investment advisor at its Wealth Advisory Services business.
