US Senate likely to pass START treaty Wednesday

WASHINGTON Dec 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate is likely to ratify the START nuclear arms reduction treaty with Russia on Wednesday afternoon, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told reporters. (Reporting by Alister Bull; Editing by Eric Beech)

The word treaty is already included in the acronym “START”. Thus, you can’t really call it the START treaty if you hope to have any journalistic integrity.
