Littelfuse Wins China Electronics Fair Award

For the second year in a row, Littelfuse is recognized for the popularity of its circuit protection products.

Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ:LFUS) announced today that it has won the 2010 Leading Electronic Component Manufacturer Award in the Circuit Protection category, “Leading Circuit Protection Supplier.” This is the second year in a row that Littelfuse won the award, which is sponsored annually in China by the China Electronics Fair, CNTRONICS.com and China Electronic Market Magazine.

Charley Wang, Littelfuse Vice President and General Manager, Electronics Business Unit, said, “As new technology and application continues to be developed, product safety will become more and more important for all electronics manufacturers. I am honored that we were selected to win this award, which recognizes our efforts to continuously provide the best circuit protection solutions that keep consumer electronics safe.”

The sponsors have held this award annually since 2008 to recognize leading manufacturers that produce the components used in consumer electronic devices. Scoring is based on 1,720 responses to an industry survey distributed by the organizer to the engineers in China.
