New Issue-Columbus McKinnon sells $150 mln in notes

  Jan 13 (Reuters) - Columbus McKinnon Corp (CMCO.O) on
Thursday sold $150 million of senior subordinated notes in the
144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
  Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and JP
Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
