Client Outlook Signs Reseller Agreement with eHealth Solution Provider MEDSEEK

Client Outlook, an emerging leader in healthcare IT, announced today it
has signed a reseller agreement with US provider of eHealth solutions,
MEDSEEK. The industry's only provider of a 360-degree online health care
experience, MEDSEEK provides enhanced portal technology that allows
healthcare enterprises to integrate clinical and patient data from
disparate inpatient, outpatient and HIE systems to engage patients and
families, coordinate patient care and improve operational efficiency. 

    Under the partnership agreement, MEDSEEK will resell Client Outlook's
eUnity(TM) diagnostic image viewer as a component of the company's
eHealth ecoSystem(TM). The technology will initially be sold in the
Canadian marketplace, with plans to expand to the United States market
once FDA approval for eUnity(TM) has been received.
