MOSCOW Jan 25 (Reuters) - Russian mobile company Vimpelcom (VIP.N) sets guidance at mid-swaps plus 437.5 basis points, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, for upcoming Eurobond issues worth up to $2 billion, a banking source told Reuters on Wednesday.

Vimpelcom, which needs funds for a potential takeover bid worth more than $6 billion for Egyptian company Orascom Telecom (ORTE.CA) and Italian group Wind, plans 5-year and 10-year Eurobond issues.

The company chosen Barclays Capital (BARC.L), Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.L), BNP Paribas (BNPP.PA) and Citi (C.N) as arrangers, the source said earlier.
