U.S. sues Boston Scientific over heart devices
WASHINGTON |
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department said on Thursday that it sued Boston Scientific Corp and Guidant, which it acquired in 2006, for selling defective heart devices implanted in Medicare patients.
