Novatek prices Eurobond at mid-swaps +312.5bps

MOSCOW Jan 27 (Reuters) - Novatek NOTK.MM, Russia's largest independent gas producer, placed a two-tranche Eurobond at a yield of mid-swaps plus 312.5 basis points, a banking source told Reuters on Thursday.

Novatek placed a 5-year Eurobond worth $600 million and a 10-year Eurobond issue worth $650 million, he added.

Novatek, which selected BNP Paribas, Citi and the Royal Bank of Scotland as arrangers, earlier set a yield of around mid-swaps plus 325 basis points and said it expected to raise up to $1.25 billion from dual issue. [ID:nLDE70Q0EV]
